Fabrication de la bouteille de gaz butane : du fer blanc au r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La cartouche elle-m\u00eame est con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des pressions \u00e9lev\u00e9es (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 7 \u00e0 10 bars \u00e0 20 \u00b0C) et \u00e9viter les fuites. Remplissage de la cartouche : pressurisation avec du butane liquide<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le remplissage est un processus contr\u00f4l\u00e9 pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le volume de gaz pr\u00e9cis :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c0dc50cc\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>4.1 Contr\u00f4les avant remplissage<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9servoirs sont soumis \u00e0 des tests d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00e9lium (par spectrom\u00e9trie de masse) pour d\u00e9tecter les microporosit\u00e9s. Ils sont \u00e9galement contr\u00f4l\u00e9s pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9fauts structurels par inspection aux rayons X ou par ultrasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c9214c5e\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>4.2 \u00c9vacuation et purge<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La cartouche est vid\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer l&#039;air et l&#039;humidit\u00e9, ce qui pourrait provoquer une corrosion interne ou r\u00e9duire la puret\u00e9 du butane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une petite quantit\u00e9 de butane est inject\u00e9e et \u00e9vacu\u00e9e pour purger les contaminants restants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-0eed28c2\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>4.3 Injection de butane liquide<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le butane est pomp\u00e9 dans la cartouche sous forme liquide (et non gazeuse) \u00e0 l&#039;aide de flexibles haute pression. La remplisseuse s&#039;arr\u00eate automatiquement lorsque le poids souhait\u00e9 est atteint (par exemple, 220 g, 250 g), conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation EN 417 (norme europ\u00e9enne relative aux cartouches de gaz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-09b18cec\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>4.4 Scellage et bouchage<\/strong><\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le remplissage, la valve est scell\u00e9e avec un capuchon de protection et le bidon est \u00e0 nouveau pes\u00e9 pour v\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9cision du remplissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-10d91595\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>5.
