Sa particularit\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans son application liquide, qui se dilate ensuite pour former une couche de mousse monolithique et homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-02b04972\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sprayfoam.org\/spf_benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comment le SPF est fabriqu\u00e9 et appliqu\u00e9<\/a><\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SPF est cr\u00e9\u00e9 sur place en m\u00e9langeant deux composants liquides, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appel\u00e9s c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab A \u00bb et c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab B \u00bb, au niveau de la buse de pulv\u00e9risation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Face \u00ab A \u00bb :<\/strong> Principalement compos\u00e9 de <strong>isocyanates<\/strong>, le plus souvent le diisocyanate de m\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne diph\u00e9nyle (MDI) et le MDI polym\u00e8re (pMDI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Face \u00ab B \u00bb :<\/strong> Un m\u00e9lange de <strong>polyols<\/strong> et divers additifs, notamment des catalyseurs (pour contr\u00f4ler la vitesse de r\u00e9action), des agents gonflants (pour cr\u00e9er la structure de la mousse), des tensioactifs (pour stabiliser les cellules) et des retardateurs de flamme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque ces deux liquides sont combin\u00e9s et pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9s, une r\u00e9action chimique rapide se produit. Cette r\u00e9action provoque une expansion importante du m\u00e9lange, puis son durcissement en une mousse rigide ou semi-rigide. Il agit principalement comme pare-air, et non comme pare-vapeur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mousse pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e \u00e0 cellules ferm\u00e9es (ccSPF) :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Densit\u00e9:<\/strong> Densit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e (1,75 \u00e0 2,25 lb\/pi\u00b3 pour la norme, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 3 lb\/pi\u00b3 pour la toiture).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Structure:<\/strong> Compos\u00e9 de cellules \u00e9troitement emball\u00e9es et enti\u00e8rement encapsul\u00e9es, qui emprisonnent un gaz (souvent un agent gonflant) \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur d&#039;elles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Valeur R :<\/strong> Beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement R-6,0 \u00e0 R-7,0 par pouce), offrant une r\u00e9sistance thermique sup\u00e9rieure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s:<\/strong> Plus rigide, plus r\u00e9sistant, il agit comme pare-vapeur en plus d&#039;\u00eatre pare-air.
